WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Zoom is hiring a Renewal Operations Manager to own renewals forecasting, operational governance, and strategic planning that drive predictable retention outcomes by partnering with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to standardize processes and build confidence in renewal execution. You'll own renewals forecasting methodology, reporting cadence, and accuracy improvements in partnership with FP&A and Revenue leadership, design and maintain forecast models that surface churn risk, contraction trends, and pipeline gaps for executive visibility, establish governance for renewal processes including account ownership, timing alignment, and deal hygiene across segments, build dashboards that incorporate health signals and leading indicators to improve forecast confidence and risk management, and drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and enable scalable renewals operations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
7+ years in Renewals Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market Strategy roles, proven experience owning forecasting, reporting, and planning for renewals or retention motions with proven results, ability to build forecasts, dashboards, and executive reporting using analytical and data interpretation skills, advanced level use of Salesforce and data analysis tools, ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, experience supporting enterprise or global renewals organizations with experience in churn and retention analytics, and experience applying BI tools such as Tableau or Looker and partnering with data science teams in SaaS environments.
