WHAT YOU'LL DO:
College Board is hiring a Specialist, Procurement Operations to help teams across College Board purchase what they need quickly and smoothly serving as organization's go-to resource for staff using corporate credit cards and Workday to make purchases to accomplish their mission-critical work. You'll manage, develop and improve corporate purchasing credit card program managing Amex cardholder lifecycle including evaluating new card requests, approving card applications, training new cardholders, and canceling inactive/departed employee accounts, reconcile and integrate transactions monthly, perform ongoing program administration including processing limit increases and supporting declined transactions, resolve purchasing and invoice issues by managing dedicated support mailbox to resolve invoice escalations from Accounting, investigate in Workday Financials to find purchase order, invoice, and payment details, provide training and support documentation to help staff purchase and process payments successfully, host 1:1 and team trainings on key Workday business processes, steward purchasing data by updating Buyers and Requestors on POs and requisitions, and close inactive or expired POs within established timeline and criteria.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1-3+ years experience in highly operational, project management and internal client services roles, exceptional customer service orientation with strong follow through, core Excel skills including ability to create and format spreadsheets, work with PivotTables to summarize and analyze data, sort, filter, and clean large data sets, high attention to detail and near-obsession with accuracy and organization, passionate about running a tight ship, track record of working successfully in time-bound environment, true self-starter who investigates issues thoroughly before asking for help, prioritizes independently, and follows through without requiring follow-up, clear written and spoken communication style, and ability to travel 2-3 times a year to College Board offices.
