ROLE SNAPSHOT
Zapier is hiring a Sr. Business Operations Associate to work across teams on high-priority initiatives partnering with senior BizOps leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. You'll lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through strategy, planning, and execution, use AI, data, and research to shape decisions and frame recommendations that influence direction and prioritization, design and implement operating models including alignment rituals, ownership structures, and goal tracking, write high-quality communications including executive summaries and strategy docs that accelerate decision-making, and partner with leaders to facilitate decisions, navigate trade-offs, and unblock execution.
Experience required: 4+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, strategic finance, or similar analytical role, strong systems judgment connecting dots across teams, fluency with AI and automation tools (Zapier, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor), and ability to operate with ownership driving cross-functional work and influencing without authority.
