ROLE SNAPSHOT
The Humane League is hiring an Associate Director of Campaigns to lead development and execution of corporate animal welfare campaigns, shaping strategies that drive measurable impact while managing and mentoring the Corporate Campaigns team. You'll develop and assess campaign plans and strategies, manage campaign budget and resource allocation, serve as primary decision-maker for campaign strategy and high-risk tactics, regularly assess performance using data-driven decision-making, coach managers and develop leaders within the team, and serve as topic expert representing THL and OWA in coalition spaces and industry dialogues. This role requires proven experience in corporate campaigning with successful track record securing policy commitments, demonstrated management experience including coaching managers, strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, and expertise using data to assess campaign performance and inform decisions.
