ROLE SNAPSHOT
Amplify is hiring a Manager, State Contracts to lead high-stakes statewide K-12 education partnerships, owning the full lifecycle of complex state implementations from launch through renewal. You'll serve as the primary strategic advisor to state leaders, navigate political dynamics and complex data environments, oversee state-specific logistical requirements (quarterly invoicing, reading camps, Teacher Leader Summit coordination), drive data-driven insights and ROI reporting, manage risk and escalations, and coordinate across Sales, Professional Development, Customer Success, and Product teams. This individual contributor role requires 5+ years in Account Management or Customer Success with large-scale implementations, deep understanding of data enrollment systems and DSAs, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and strong project management abilities.
