ROLE SNAPSHOT

MagicSchool, a generative AI platform for teachers used by 7+ million educators worldwide, is hiring a Senior GTM Analyst to serve as the primary analytical engine for their Marketing and Sales strategy. You'll build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to optimize marketing ROI, identify friction points in sales funnels to improve conversion rates, maintain accuracy for all GTM dashboards, and leverage AI tools to automate reporting tasks while bridging the gap between raw data and actionable revenue insights. This role requires 3+ years of B2B marketing and sales analytics experience, strong SQL and BI platform skills (Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or Looker), and CRM mastery with Salesforce or similar platforms.
