WHAT YOU'LL DO
Spectrum Science is hiring a Project Coordinator to join their Clinical Trial Experience Project Delivery team managing client and project expectations in partnership with Client Service. You'll support project team with creating estimates and schedules/timelines monitoring and adjusting as necessary, apply established workflows and best practices across digital and traditional disciplines to achieve project goals on time, execute details of individual projects across functional teams spanning creative, digital, media, and technology, support project team in coordinating with external vendors through project lifecycle including web, translation and print production processes, develop skills in Work Management System/project management software to accomplish project tasks, and monitor and report on progress of project while managing client expectations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree preferred, working knowledge and/or willingness to learn Project Management fundamentals with 0-2 years experience or other relevant exposure like an internship in Project Management/Client service-oriented roles managing projects in marketing, communications, advertising or related fields, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and highly collaborative and solution-oriented.
