ROLE SNAPSHOT

Sinch (Mailgun) is hiring an Application Support Administrator to provide world-class customer support via phone, tickets, and chat for their email delivery platform used by over 150,000 businesses. You'll handle level-appropriate support requests, escalate as needed, document all interactions, create customer loyalty through exceptional service, and foster strong relationships with Sales, Operations, and Support teams. This role requires Tuesday-Saturday availability, 1+ year of related experience, basic understanding of email technologies (POP, IMAP, SMTP), knowledge of email deliverability techniques, REST API familiarity, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
