ROLE SNAPSHOT
Remote is hiring a Director of Payroll Customer Services to oversee their global payroll services team and lead the development of world-class support for both internal teams and external customers. You'll define and execute the global strategic vision for payroll client service, design and lead a 24/7 high-performance service model, maximize operational efficiency by automating manual processes, partner with Product and Engineering to improve in-product payroll experience, and manage complex escalations while scaling a global management team. This role requires proven leadership in managing and scaling service operations (ideally in payroll or HR), strong analytical skills to drive data-based decisions, thought leadership in automation and integrations, and fluent English with exceptional interpersonal skills.
