ROLE SNAPSHOT

Amplify is hiring a Specialist, Strategic Technical Onboarding to manage and oversee the onboarding and implementation of Amplify products within customers' technological and curricular infrastructures for their largest strategic accounts. You'll configure and implement digital products to meet customer requirements including state-specific nuances, coordinate all aspects of digital onboarding, manage customer data transfers ensuring PII security and system compatibility, research complex technical issues and develop solutions, and maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams to ensure successful launches. This role requires 2+ years in customer service or technical onboarding, demonstrated proficiency in data management, experience with Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs), strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments.
