ROLE SNAPSHOT

Recharge is hiring a Product Owner to work closely with Senior and Group Product Managers and engineering partners on early-stage, experimental initiatives, offering high ownership and a clear path to Product Manager role. You'll partner with PMs, engineers, and designers to deliver early-stage product work—owning backlog management, translating high-level direction into clear requirements, running experiments, and tracking outcomes while maintaining momentum across fast-moving workstreams. This hands-on role operates at the intersection of exploration and execution, working on both new product opportunities and core merchant experiences, with visibility across the company as a proving ground for future PMs.
