ROLE SNAPSHOT
Recharge is hiring a Product Manager to explore new product opportunities in ambiguous problem spaces while owning and evolving core merchant and end customer experiences, working alongside a Group Product Manager and collaborating directly with co-founders on high-impact product bets. You'll lead product discovery, validation, and delivery from idea to launch—translating ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and testable solutions while working closely with senior leadership on goals and tradeoffs. This high-visibility role focuses on early validation, experimentation, and finding Recharge's next meaningful growth opportunities, requiring strong product judgment to balance speed with thoughtful decision-making while engaging with merchants to validate direction and shape go-to-market strategy.
