ROLE SNAPSHOT

Public Justice is hiring a Director of Legal Partnerships to focus on Public Justice's most dedicated supporters (majority are legal professionals) working with Vice President of Development and Membership. You'll lead all membership acquisitions, cultivation, renewal and upgrading activities for identified categories of members and prospects drafting compelling solicitations and recruitment correspondence, identify and implement creative strategies and campaigns to increase total membership and annual member income, manage the Annual Phonathon (volunteer fundraising drive) leading Board and volunteer trainings, oversee Public Justice's sponsorship program for legal vendors (Public Justice Executive Circle), plan and manage series of regional member events, and coordinate on special individual giving and membership campaigns.


Experience required: 3-5 years experience in membership, strategic partnerships and/or development, customer-service mentality in fast-paced detail-oriented environment, excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, experience with database platforms such as EveryAction desired, and experience with multi-issue or legal advocacy organization strongly preferred.
