ROLE SNAPSHOT

MultiCare is hiring an HP Projects & Growth Coordinator to provide Human Potential support for all mergers and acquisition activities. You'll procure all benefit, compensation, and HP-related information from sellers (benefit plans, insurance rates, retirement plans, employee demographics, job titles, pay, recruitment information), identify integration plans in collaboration with Centers of Expertise and HP Business Partners, own the integration and onboarding plan for projects along with related changes, identify gaps and provide detailed analysis to Acquisition Project Team with recommendations, act as project manager for internal HP projects and planning, and prepare presentations/communications for senior leaders regarding decision-making and HP updates.


Experience required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, minimum 5-7 years Human Resources experience preferably in Total Rewards role (benefits and compensation) with mergers and acquisitions experience, and high-level Microsoft Office experience including advanced Excel (formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables).
