Lumen is hiring an HR Solutions Senior Manager to lead massive transformation, master change management, and drive AI adoption. You'll architect and lead enterprise-wide transformation (AI-first), build the narrative that makes change irresistible, design innovative, modern, branded, digital-first communications that spark engagement, coach leaders and rally teams making change feel like a movement, track adoption, engagement, and impact, translate AI potential into real-world impact operationalizing it, spot automation and augmentation opportunities partnering with teams to turn ideas into shipped capabilities, guide leaders and teams through mindsets and behaviors needed to adopt AI responsibly, and build playbooks, pilots, and scaled rollouts making AI feel intuitive and essential.
Experience required: 10+ years leading transformation and change, mastery of change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter), industry level transformation and change orchestration in complex environment, talent management and organizational design at scale, killer storytelling and digital communications skills, executive presence and creative flair, and data-driven mindset.
