ROLE SNAPSHOT
Kaplan is hiring a Manager, Securities & Insurance Instructor to support growth of the Securities and/or Insurance business through delivery of instruction including hiring, training, managing, and engaging a team of excellent instructors. You'll directly manage teachers to ensure excellent standardized delivery for classroom courses, coaching calls, and InstructorLink, collaborate with Classroom Operations team on instructor selection and class assignments, analyze instructor evaluations and student feedback and other metrics to support instructor performance and development, serve as primary point of contact for instructors addressing their concerns and providing support, work with Teacher Recruitment Team to identify and prioritize instructor hiring needs overseeing interviewing, onboarding, and training process for new teachers, and collect content feedback from instructors sharing with product team to improve products.
Experience required: College degree in business, finance, insurance, or related areas, 5+ years industry experience and training in specific subject matter (Insurance or Securities), excellent communication skills using Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint, and proficient in online delivery methods including Zoom.
