ROLE SNAPSHOT

Leading Educators is hiring an Associate Director, Talent and Workforce Operations to lead operational infrastructure powering workforce planning and staff allocation across the organization. You'll maintain workforce planning systems, monitor staffing capacity across teams and projects, translate allocation data into insights for hiring and workforce decisions, prepare and facilitate allocation meetings with leadership, lead onboarding integration and internal transition planning, and serve as primary owner of workforce planning and resource capacity tools ensuring systems remain accurate and useful for decision-making.


Experience required: 5-7+ years in HR operations, talent operations, or workforce planning managing complex operational systems, plus 3-5 years executing workforce planning or staffing allocation in K12 education or education-focused nonprofit, and proven track record designing large operational cycles like onboarding or performance management.
