ROLE SNAPSHOT
Majesco is hiring a Senior Principal Business Analyst / Product Owner for Life, Health & Annuity to lead translation of insurance business strategy into Majesco L&AH platform solutions across policy administration, billing, claims, enrollment, and digital experiences. You'll lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders across underwriting, enrollment, policy administration, billing, and claims, translate Life, Health, and Annuity product and operational requirements into Majesco platform capabilities using configuration-first approach, own end-to-end requirements for implementation workstreams including Policy Administration and Billing, design scalable configuration patterns for products and eligibility rules, partner with solution architects and product teams to ensure implementations align with platform capabilities, and lead backlog management, story refinement, and sprint planning within Agile delivery teams.
Experience required: 10+ years in insurance technology, insurance operations, or consulting, deep expertise in Life, Health, and Annuity insurance products and operations, experience across at least two areas (policy administration, group underwriting, enrollment, billing, claims), 5+ years leading business analysis or product ownership on core administration system implementations, and hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Aha!.
