ROLE SNAPSHOT

EasyLlama is hiring a Small Business Account Executive to take ownership of territory and drive new business by connecting with small businesses to help them discover EasyLlama's HR compliance training solutions. You'll identify, engage, and close new small business opportunities to exceed monthly sales quotas, conduct engaging demos showcasing how solutions address prospect pain points, own the sales process end-to-end from prospecting to proposal creation and closing, maintain accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene to support forecasting, and partner with Customer Support and Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers. This role requires 3+ years of B2B software sales experience (preferably in high-growth SaaS), proven track record exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management best practices.
