ROLE SNAPSHOT
Thomson Reuters is hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager to oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of strategic partnerships, from strategy development through assessment, recruitment, negotiation, onboarding, launch, and ongoing management across various commercial models. You'll promote Thomson Reuters products and services to partner sales teams, drive sales through partnership channels with focus on operational efficiency, develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, and lead collaboration efforts with partner firms to develop strategies for growing the pipeline of mutual sales opportunities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in partner management spanning sales, business development, and large customer relationship management, with proven success driving revenue through partnership channels in technology and services, along with 5+ years global industry experience working for or selling into software/SaaS companies. You'll need strong C-suite engagement skills with excellent relationship-building, influencing, communication, and presentation capabilities, proven success leading complex strategic negotiations and delivering subsequent agreements, and expert business case development and financial modeling skills. Deep technology acumen with understanding of AI and software landscape, trends, competitive dynamics, and customer/competitor landscape across Thomson Reuters industry verticals is essential, along with experience collaborating with Product and Segment Marketing to plan and execute demand generation initiatives with partners. You must be an entrepreneurial, proactive, highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, highly matrixed/agile environments with experience using CRM and partnership management tools.
