Comcast Business is hiring an Account Executive for Carrier Services to drive sales strategy and promotion of Comcast Business Carrier Ethernet Access and Aggregation Services to domestic telecommunications service providers, working as part of a team to drive sales by focusing on acquisition, development, and management of strategic prospective clients in designated territories or market segments. You'll create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to national, regional, and strategic prospective clients demonstrating knowledge of the Comcast Business portfolio with focus on Carrier Ethernet Access Services (EDI/DIA) and Aggregation Services, design relationships with clients, and position Comcast Business products and services as key components of the sales strategy. This role requires 5+ years of sales experience with regional and national carriers, with ability to drive monthly quota and KPIs dependent on segment through sales strategies while cultivating and providing excellent customer experience. You'll stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Carrier Services in the marketplace, understand the product portfolio to make best recommendations to clients, develop strategies to promote Comcast Business Carrier Services portfolio within territory or segment, and retain customer base by delivering on company credo and ensuring superior customer experience. Strong customer relationship building and management skills are essential to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and increase sales, along with developing and maintaining strategic plans, managing customer QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and cross-collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with skill in presenting, persuading, and negotiating are required, plus ability to attend out-of-the-office meetings with customers regularly and maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.
