ROLE SNAPSHOT

EasyLlama is hiring a Go-To-Market Systems Administrator to serve as primary systems owner for their GTM tooling including HubSpot (CRM), Gong, PandaDoc, Dialpad, Lucia, LlamaVisor, and Sendspark, managing integrations and automation across the tech stack. You'll administer HubSpot (users, permissions, properties, pipelines, workflows, reporting), manage Gong workspace configuration and HubSpot integration, administer PandaDoc templates and eSignature workflows, design and maintain integrations between systems using native integrations and middleware (Zapier/Make), build automations to reduce manual work for Sales, SDR, CS, and Marketing teams, maintain GTM operational dashboards and reports, and produce runbooks, system diagrams, and training materials. This self-sufficient IC role requires 3+ years administering GTM systems, hands-on HubSpot admin experience, strong API and integration experience with REST APIs, SQL proficiency for troubleshooting data issues, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
