ROLE SNAPSHOT
Amplify is hiring a User Researcher to support their Entryways & Onboarding team (login flows, global navigation, homepages) and Launch Experience team (back-end systems including licensing, enrollment, rostering, and admin controls). You'll develop research strategies and conduct end-to-end research across user-facing and technical experiences, recruit and expand a diverse database of teachers, students, and administrators, conduct mixed methods research including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and classroom observations, synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights, and serve as an advocate for users across both technical and user-facing product experiences. This role requires 2+ years leading end-to-end research, strong technical background with ability to learn complex systems, and excellent ability to context switch between different teams and varying technical complexity levels.
