ROLE SNAPSHOT
Amplify is hiring a Senior Product Owner for People Technology to partner with People Operations to implement new solutions and continuously improve HCM applications, managing the complete product lifecycle from vision to delivery. You'll define product strategy for HCM functions including total rewards, talent acquisition, talent management, and payroll, act as subject matter expert on Workday and its integrations, drive the product roadmap with Agile methodologies, work closely with Technical Business Analysts and development teams, measure product performance to inform future development, and mentor Product Owner and Business Analyst teams. This role requires 7+ years as a Product Owner (preferably in Workday or similar tier-1 enterprise HRIS), strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, experience with Workday Payroll solutions, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
