ROLE SNAPSHOT

Amplify is hiring a Knowledge Governance Manager to operationalize and scale the organization's Knowledge Management strategy across enterprise systems including CMS, LMS, Salesforce, and other platforms. You'll execute and maintain KM policies, taxonomy, and tagging standards, partner with content and system owners to ensure governance alignment, oversee content quality and lifecycle management, partner with AI and Enterprise Search teams to improve searchability and metadata accuracy, and define and track knowledge quality metrics like content freshness and search success rates. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in Knowledge Management or Content Operations, demonstrated experience managing knowledge across multiple enterprise systems, and strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and content lifecycle management.
