ROLE SNAPSHOT
Amplify is hiring a Business Systems Analyst for People Technology to optimize People Technology and HR processes across the organization partnering closely with the People Tech Product Owner, People Operations, and Finance to enhance and support critical Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. You'll partner with Product Owner and stakeholders to define and prioritize product vision for HCM functions including Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition, conduct requirements walkthroughs and workshops documenting key use cases and functional requirements, acquire requirements for sophisticated system improvements within Workday documenting them as user stories and acceptance criteria, build business and technical workflows supporting employee lifecycle and HR compliance, perform and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for implementations and Workday upgrades, and troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Workday and People Technology systems.
Experience required: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years as Business Analyst or related role, strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and compliance considerations, experience with Workday or similar Tier-1 enterprise HRIS systems (UKG, SAP, SuccessFactors), and experience with data management concepts maintaining data integrity across integrated systems.
