ROLE SNAPSHOT

Allstate Identity Protection is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to support and scale its B2B and B2B2C voluntary benefits sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, this role sits at the center of sales, marketing, and operations, with direct responsibility for equipping sales teams, brokers, and partners with the tools, content, training, and insights needed to close deals faster and more effectively.

This is a hands-on enablement role focused on sales asset creation, competitive intelligence, RFx support, onboarding, and AI-powered content automation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to identify enablement gaps, reduce ramp time, improve deal velocity, and increase win rates across a growing sales organization. The role is well suited for professionals with experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or customer-facing roles who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoy building scalable systems that drive measurable revenue impact.
