WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Zoom is hiring an SDK Engineer to build and enhance SDKs across native platforms, collaborate on cross-platform integrations and performance optimization, and deliver reliable, high-performing developer tools that power engaging digital experiences. You'll develop and maintain high-quality SDK components across mobile and desktop platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery, write clean, tested, and maintainable code that supports long-term scalability, participate in design discussions and reviews to improve technical quality, and leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency and innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
3+ years professional software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience, advanced skills in one or more languages such as Objective-C, Java, Swift, Kotlin, C++, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript, ability to integrate and optimize third-party SDKs effectively, understanding of mobile lifecycle management, concurrency, networking principles, and memory management, ability to solve complex problems independently and collaboratively, experience building or contributing to SDKs and developer-facing tools, ability to debug cross-platform issues and support performance improvements, and knowledge of real-time communication or media frameworks.
