WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Zoom is hiring a Staff Infrastructure Collaboration Engineer to lead the architecture, reliability, and evolution of their enterprise collaboration platform partnering on internal APIs, driving Zoom on Zoom (ZoZ) delivery, and owning enterprise mail infrastructure. You'll administer the Zoom Workplace enterprise platform at scale, own enterprise mail infrastructure across Zoom Mail and Google Workspace managing routing, security (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, TLS), compliance, and integrations with third-party security platforms, lead end-to-end Zoom on Zoom (ZoZ) program delivery including requirements, dependency mapping, staged rollouts, and operational readiness, drive AI-driven operations and observability by implementing automation (Python, Go, PowerShell, Terraform), partner with engineering teams to design, mature, and operationalize internal APIs bringing practitioner lens to usability and scalability, build and maintain event-driven integrations using APIs and webhooks across enterprise systems (IDPs, ITSM, HR, and monitoring platforms), and serve as primary liaison between product and infrastructure teams translating product roadmaps into automation and infrastructure readiness plans.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

8+ years in Platform Engineering, Collaboration Systems, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering at enterprise scale, deep expertise in Zoom platform administration, API/webhook automation, policy governance, and operational management at scale, expert-level command of Google Workspace with particular depth in Gmail including routing, deliverability, DMARC/DKIM/SPF, Admin SDK, and enterprise lifecycle management, experience partnering with engineering teams to develop and mature internal APIs including RESTful design, versioning, and governance for admin tooling or automation platforms, demonstrated project management capability to own complex, multi-team programs and deliver in fast paced environment, proficiency in Python and/or Go with exposure to (IaC) Terraform, and experience with NPI programs, platform integrations, and cloud/collaboration ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID), and Okta for identity, SSO, and lifecycle automation.
