WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Zoom is hiring a Healthcare Account Executive specialized in Contact Center sales to partner with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase sales funnel with primary goal to partner with sales Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers. You'll drive, build and manage pipelines for assigned territory, act as sales specialist/subject matter expert when discussing and positioning Zoom's Customer Experience portfolio with prospects and customers, qualify leads and perform needs assessment engaging technical resources, create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews, utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close, develop and maintain business within existing accounts managing large, complex sales situations and sales campaigns, develop go to market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners), and work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

5+ years Contact Center Sales experience, ability to lead and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish, experience working within Healthcare accounts, experience leading others with product/services training including demo and sales guides and learning and training materials, experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, and ability to travel as needed.
