WHAT YOU'LL DO

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Customer Sales Lead for Albertsons to drive Kraft Heinz selling efforts, strategic development, and supply chain initiatives via Customer Business Team (CBT) leading a business structure organized around customers to enhance category focus. You'll serve as liaison to customer and Kraft Heinz HQ Sales organization, drive excellent customer service by establishing positive business relationships with decision makers and providing category management expertise programs at retail level, lead and/or assist with major business reviews and customer visits including annual reviews and top-to-top meetings, lead cross-functional business planning in category management, supply chain efficiency, technology, and local marketing, build Kraft Heinz business with customer measured by profitability achievement, share gains, revenue targets, and special programs, and lead National Planning and customer relationships for Taste Elevation and Easy Ready Meals Platforms.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Strong financial competence inclusive of previous experience owning a P&L, proficiency in deploying trade, understanding of profit and revenue drivers, and significant experience in building customer relationships (preferably in CPG environment).
