ROLE SNAPSHOT

ServiceMaster Brands is hiring a Business Development Associate to manage franchisee relationships including identifying systems needed, supporting creation of action plans, and navigating internal department processes such as franchise renewals, Finance reporting, and Customer Service. You'll partner with Business Development Consultant team to support franchisee workshops and seminars, provide value-added sales, marketing, operational, and technical support to franchise owners over phone/web format, assist in analyzing financial data such as profit and loss statements and pricing strategies, drive revenue growth by developing regional customer target lists and marketing strategies, and drive adoption of Franchisor systems, software, and best practices in Franchisee businesses.


Experience required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4-5+ years in equivalent business development role, customer service or sales experience (franchising-facing role preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
