ROLE SNAPSHOT
Zapier is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition AI Automation Analyst to transform their recruiting operations through AI-driven automation and modern sourcing workflows. You'll work with the TA Talent Strategy & Operations team to build scalable solutions that make hiring faster, smarter, and more inclusive by leveraging Zapier's own automation platform alongside AI tools. This role requires 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, or HR tech, with hands-on expertise managing ATS systems (they use Ashby) and building automations that eliminate recruiter friction. You'll pilot AI-enabled sourcing workflows, create enablement programs for recruiters and hiring managers, and drive automation projects across the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding. This is a builder role for someone who loves translating pain points into workflows, experimenting with new tools, and using data to measure impact. Bonus: You'll use Zapier's own platform daily and help position the Talent team as a model for other TA organizations and customers.
