ROLE SNAPSHOT

Zapier is hiring their first Renewals Manager to build the renewal function from the ground up for their upmarket business. This is a 0→1 role with startup energy, full ownership, and autonomy within a scaled company—you'll shape how renewals run, set standards for simplicity and consistency, and make commercial moments trust-building experiences. You'll be customer-facing, guiding champions, procurement teams, and executives through renewals while protecting revenue and spotting growth opportunities. This role requires 3-5+ years in renewals, deal desk, account management, or SaaS sales, with proven ability to execute clean, repeatable processes at scale using CRM tools like HubSpot and Gong. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Billing, and Legal to unblock deals, maintain accurate forecasts, and continuously refine renewal playbooks. This is ideal for someone who loves building scalable processes, balances commercial rigor with empathy, and thrives in fast-moving environments. Bonus: Pacific Time candidates may need to flex to earlier morning schedules to cover EMEA hours.
