ROLE SNAPSHOT

Yahoo is hiring a Sr. Director Consumer Data Product - Activation to define and execute the mission and vision for their Data Activation product area, creating outsized data leverage across business units serving hundreds of millions of users globally. You'll define and drive data activation strategies that create measurable business impact across Yahoo verticals, identify high-leverage opportunities to apply consumer data insights to drive growth and monetization, set mission and vision for the Data Activation product area, partner with business units to translate data capabilities into business outcomes, manage teams of product managers while providing coaching and mentorship, and build cross-functional relationships to align data activation initiatives with business priorities. This senior leadership role requires 15+ years in tech (PM, Engineering, or related), proven track record leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes, deep understanding of data activation strategies including audience segmentation and personalization, and experience managing product manager teams using Agile/Scrum practices.
