Yahoo Finance is hiring a Director of Content Design to lead visual storytelling across platforms for the world's #1 finance destination serving 150M+ monthly visitors representing over $20 trillion in investable assets. You'll lead and mentor the content design team responsible for visual storytelling, partner with editors and producers to elevate stories through distinctive design, turn financial data and market insights into clear elegant infographics and visual narratives, shape Yahoo Finance's visual language with consistency and personality, drive key art and visual direction for major financial moments like earnings and market movers, and develop design systems and templates that scale across editorial surfaces. This leadership role requires 10+ years in visual design or content design, strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and data visualization, experience managing or mentoring designers, background in digital publishing or media, and strong understanding of how visuals drive engagement across web, app, and social platforms.
