ROLE SNAPSHOT
Thomson Reuters is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise and strategic customers across their Risk & Fraud suite of products, delivering measurable outcomes through structured Customer Success Plans (CSPs), executive business reviews (EBRs), and proactive engagement. You'll serve as a deep product expert, engaging with C-level executives at large accounts to drive adoption, value realization, and expansion in partnership with Sales and Professional Services teams. This role requires 3+ years of Customer Success experience managing portfolios or teams (SaaS preferred), with proven track record driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise accounts. Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Gong, and Salesforce (or similar CS/CRM platforms) is required, along with strong executive presence for facilitating high-stakes meetings. Prior experience in legal technology or working with legal professionals, law firms, or corporate legal departments is highly preferred, plus functional knowledge of GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering as applied to legal research and risk investigations. You'll leverage technology tools to manage pipeline and forecasts, model best-in-class customer success practices, develop enablement materials, and represent Customer Success in cross-functional settings including industry conferences and webinars.
