ROLE SNAPSHOT

Kit is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager for Scaled Accounts (also called Creator Growth Manager) to drive Pro plan expansion across their top 1,000 pooled customer accounts. You'll design and test scaled expansion strategies through campaigns, webinars, targeted outreach, and education programs while owning proactive engagement to drive retention and revenue growth. This experimental, growth-focused role requires building repeatable 1-to-many motions, partnering with Marketing and Product teams, and establishing a proven expansion engine that drives Net Revenue Retention across the creator base.
