ROLE SNAPSHOT

Thomson Reuters is hiring an AI Solutions Architect for their Advisory Tier team within Customer Success to work with law firms and government offices, helping them realize maximum value from Thomson Reuters' advanced AI capabilities through both pre-sale and post-sale engagements while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams. You'll provide technical support across the customer lifecycle—scoping AI use cases, advising on solution design, demonstrating capabilities, and guiding implementation and optimization—while delivering training sessions and workshops to maximize customer value and contributing to internal upskilling initiatives. This role requires a J.D. or equivalent legal domain expertise with proven experience in customer-facing roles (ideally with law firm or government accounts), familiarity with legal workflows such as due diligence, eDiscovery, large document review, compliance, and data room management, plus demonstrable experience with generative AI applications and understanding of large language model (LLM) architecture and operation. You must have substantial experience using online legal research and practice tools like Westlaw, Practical Law, HighQ, Lexis, Casetext, Relativity, Intelligize, or Everlaw, along with excellence in communicating technical concepts and creating clear documentation, learning materials, and persuasive presentations for non-technical audiences. You'll support customers' AI adoption strategies and solution deployment, capture insights to influence product strategy and roadmap, create documentation and workflows advancing internal knowledge sharing and applied AI best practices, and act as customer advocate communicating needs and identifying opportunities for product improvement. Creativity, curiosity, growth mindset, current knowledge of emerging AI research and industry trends, and basic Python programming or exploratory coding skills are valued (though coding is a plus, not required).

Bonus: Thomson Reuters offers work-from-anywhere for up to 8 weeks per year (in addition to remote status), flexible PTO, two company-wide Mental Health Days, 401k with company match, sabbatical leave, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits package.
