ROLE SNAPSHOT

Thomson Reuters is hiring a Global Client Director to manage their most high-profile strategic clients with global needs, delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You'll gain deep understanding of each firm's business strategy to inform Thomson Reuters strategy, align collective resources to build long-term business relationships and grow revenue, collaborate across Thomson Reuters to develop account strategy for each assigned firm and drive progress as point of coordination, build trusted advisor relationships with executives and decision makers, and act as senior escalation point for clients and internal account teams ensuring right connections between Thomson Reuters and customers at all levels.


Experience required: Proven success leading large sophisticated accounts (global experience desirable), exceptional strategic and consultative sales skills, strategic partnering and network building, deep understanding of legal workflow with ability to uncover key issues and provide actionable solutions, and strong advocacy skills for both customer and Thomson Reuters interests.
