WHAT YOU'LL DO

Spectrum Science is hiring a Director, Integrated Media Planning to be a key member of an integrated cross-functional team working to bring marketing and advertising campaigns to life through all types of paid media from print and digital to audio/video and emerging mediums, with heavy emphasis in omnichannel planning, data enablement, and connected AI based solutions. You'll drive organic growth of media solutions within the client base, lead media solutions for new business pitches, manage, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of media planners and optimizers, lead media planning, negotiation, deployment, and optimization process for assigned clients from beginning to end, develop media strategies that directly address client objectives, work with internal account and subject matter expert teams to collaboratively develop strategic brand plans with integrated media, and develop and nurture relationships with key media partners staying on top of emerging trends and technologies.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum 6 years planning experience within agency environment (digital advertising agencies a strong plus), minimum 4 years experience with pharmaceutical advertising, management experience, understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager, hands-on experience with data enablement, CRM, and marketing automation projects, working knowledge of third-party media research tools, and excellent presentation and deck building skills.
