WHAT YOU'LL DO

Spectrum Science is hiring an Account Supervisor to join their Client Services team with experience in above brand/R&D communications and account management. You'll support team in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction, assist in development and execution of communication plans for clinical trials, monitor project performance and support team in providing insights for optimization, keep a pulse on industry, client, therapeutic area and competitor news to be strategic thought partners to senior leaders and clients, take ownership of smaller projects ensuring their timely and successful delivery, develop materials including fact sheets, backgrounders, messaging documents, press releases, disease awareness content, and clinical trial backgrounders, and mentor and coach junior team members providing guidance to foster their career development.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience in pipeline communications and account management, familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA, strong active listening ability and organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to determine priorities and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
