ROLE SNAPSHOT
Spoonflower (part of Shutterfly) is hiring a Paid Search Specialist to support execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and Google Merchant Center in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You'll manage campaign setup and day-to-day execution, collaborate with Creative and Media partners to coordinate testing calendars and product feeds, collect and analyze data across SEM platforms using Adobe Analytics and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights, monitor competitor strategies and industry trends staying current on search engine algorithm changes, assist in troubleshooting feed errors and disapproved ads, and track performance of ad copy, feeds, and landing pages to guide future optimizations. This role requires 3-5 years of paid search execution experience (ecommerce experience a plus), familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Merchant Center, Adobe Analytics, and Looker Studio, high attention to detail, analytical curiosity using data to understand patterns, and proactive self-starter mindset with strong collaboration skills.
