ROLE SNAPSHOT

DoMyOwn is hiring an eCommerce Marketing Manager to drive integrated planning and cross-channel campaign execution accelerating profitable growth, partnering with marketing team members and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life while evolving site and campaign reporting. You'll maintain the integrated marketing calendar across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing, manage paid digital marketing agency and vendor partners, lead and optimize integrated campaigns across channels (onsite merchandising, email/SMS, SEO, paid media, affiliate, social), build and maintain reporting dashboards that surface insights for data-driven decisions, and identify growth opportunities across traffic, conversion, AOV, and other KPIs. This role requires 5+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing, proven success leading complex cross-functional B2B and B2C campaigns, hands-on experience managing paid media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), and strong analytical skills with GA4 and data visualization tools.
