ROLE SNAPSHOT

Shutterfly is hiring a Category Merchandise Manager to support strategic direction and product for their licensed design collections, creating merchandising assortment strategy and executing product launch roadmaps. You'll develop and execute assortment strategies supporting licensing targets, leverage analytics to define design strategy incorporating category page performance insights, drive the assortment process from design to launch partnering with internal and external designers, own the production launch calendar and roadmap projects for licensing, manage day-to-day relationships with licensing representatives, write briefs and coordinate with Creative Marketing for assets and approvals, and collaborate with merchandise, demand planning, and finance teams to build financial assortment plans. This role requires 6-8 years of experience with at least 3 years as Merchandising Manager (ecommerce/retail strongly preferred), experience working with brands in licensing capacity preferred, strong creative and design POV translating trends into revenue-driving assortments, and advanced proficiency with Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
