ROLE SNAPSHOT

College Board is hiring a Senior Director, Evidence-Based Learning and Leadership to translate College Board's learning, assessment, and research evidence into high-quality experiences, tools, and supports for school system leaders helping them interpret evidence and improve teaching and learning. You'll lead design of leadership convenings, learning experiences, and cohorts focused on evidence-based decision making in teaching, learning, coursework, and assessment, ensure experiences are practical and directly applicable to leaders' day-to-day work, integrate emerging issues like generative AI into leadership learning grounded in instruction, develop tools and frameworks that district leaders can use in their context, manage end-to-end execution of programs and convenings including planning and facilitation, and manage relationships with external academic and instructional partners and vendors. This senior leadership role requires former district instructional leader experience, deep experience with teaching and learning at high school level, strong facilitation and adult learning skills, experience designing and leading leadership learning experiences, and comfort translating research and assessment data for practitioner audiences.
