ROLE SNAPSHOT

College Board is hiring an Operations Knowledge Author to create and maintain high-quality, actionable content that equips Operations teams to deliver efficient processes and exceptional customer experiences supporting millions of students and thousands of test centers annually. You'll research, write, and edit clear knowledge articles, guides, and workflows transforming information from 15+ internal and external platforms into structured content, develop and maintain content aligned with product releases ensuring Operations has accurate information at launch, consolidate information from multiple platforms into unified searchable knowledge assets, tag and classify content using metadata and governance standards, participate in content audits ensuring accuracy and lifecycle compliance, and collaborate with subject matter experts to document procedures and best practices. This role requires 3+ years writing and editing content explaining complex processes in EdTech or SaaS settings, exceptional writing skills simplifying complex information, experience with enterprise knowledge platforms (SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge), and strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
