ROLE SNAPSHOT

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Partner to assist in managing and processing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective management of payroll data in Workday and ADP. You'll assist with payroll preparation and processing for all employees, handle complex payroll issues including tax compliance and garnishments, assist with day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement), help coordinate audits related to payroll and Workday, assist with annual open enrollment planning and execution, and maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS systems. This role requires 3+ years in payroll and benefits administration, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and Workday experience prioritized.
