ROLE SNAPSHOT

The ASPCA is hiring a Compensation Analyst to provide technical and analytical support on competitive market analysis, salary benchmarking, position evaluations, and compensation compliance. You'll recommend new hire offers and pay adjustments, participate in salary surveys, administer compensation systems in Workday, and create compensation training materials to support an equitable rewards system.
