ROLE SNAPSHOT
MultiCare is hiring an Executive Total Rewards Consultant to provide strategic guidance in designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation and benefit programs. You'll conduct market analysis and benchmarking, administer incentive plans including performance-based bonuses and deferred compensation, and partner with senior leadership, Talent Acquisition, and external advisors to attract and retain top executive talent. This role requires preparing reports for Compensation Committees, collaborating with legal advisors on compliance, and supporting executive compensation audits while ensuring programs align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
